Some day, I plan to write a complete history of my fight against discrimination in the Boy Scouts of America. But since it covers almost 20 years of my life, that's a long-term project. On March 23, 1998, the California Supreme Court finally handed down its long-awaited decision in my case, ruling in favor of the Boy Scouts. The national press had a field day, and here's the way they reported the story.
